Terms and Conditions 

Minimum Age for Purchase: You must be 16 years or older to purchase and collect a ticket. If you choose to give this ticket to someone under 16, it is at your own risk and the responsibility of the minor’s parent or guardian.

We do not assess a rider's age or capability. This service is transport-only.

Nature of Service: Your ticket entitles you to a shuttle transport service up the hill. You are solely responsible for your safety and wellbeing when riding down.

Bike Transport & Responsibility:

• Bikes are transported on a secure, vertically hanging trailer system.
• Clients are expected to load, secure, and unload their own bikes.
• Staff are available to assist if needed and perform a QA check before transport begins.
• We take no responsibility for cosmetic damage (e.g. scratches) caused by other clients during loading/unloading.
• The trailer is designed to allow ample spacing between bikes.

Behaviour & Safety: We reserve the right to remove or ban any individual who behaves in a threatening, inappropriate, or destructive manner, including damaging equipment belonging to us or other clients.

Priority Seating: Day passes are given priority loading during busy periods. However, we always reserve at least 6 seats per shuttle for multi-ride pass holders (10- and 25-ride passes) and single-ride ticket holders.

Refund Policy

Cancellation by Us:
If we cancel a shuttle day, you may choose a full refund (processed within 14 days) or receive credit for a future booking.

Cancellation by You:

• More than 4 days notice: Full refund less a $5 admin fee.
• 1–3 days notice: No refund, but you may transfer the ticket to someone else or receive a credit for future use.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refund or credit.

Unused Rides:
We do not refund or credit any unused rides on multi-ride passes.
